ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus On-Demand
ServiceDesk Plus On-Demand is a SaaS-based help desk solution which, when integrated with Log360 Cloud, empowers IT and security teams to enhance their incident response capabilities. This integration helps detect threats and vulnerabilities in real time, respond to incidents without switching between tools, and streamline operations by managing alerts and tickets directly within ServiceDesk Plus.

Before you begin:
- Sign up and create an account in Log360 Cloud if you haven't already.
Steps to Integrate Log360 Cloud with ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus On-Demand
- Log in to your ServiceDesk Plus Cloud instance as an admin.
- Open Settings from the top-right corner of the page. Under Apps & Add-ons, click Extensions and install the Log360 Cloud extension.
- Once it is installed, under Installed Extensions, click Connect in the Log360 Cloud app.
- After authenticating, under Installed Extensions, click on the Log360 Cloud Configuration link under component details. Click on Integrate Now in the opened popup.

- Log360 Cloud will be configured successfully.

- Admins will have access to all pages by default. Non-admin users need to be associated to perform actions from the Tickets window.

- To associate users, open the Associate Users tab in the configuration section and associate the ServiceDesk users. In addition, please grant access to the Log360 Cloud custom modules so the associated users can perform Log360 Cloud-specific operations from the Requests page.

Disable Ticketing Tool Notification
Prerequisite: ServiceDesk Plus Cloud ticket must be raised from the Log360 Cloud's Alerts tab.
- Go to the Log360 Cloud tab in the ticket's right panel and click Disable Ticketing Tool Notification.

- Click Yes in the confirmation box. The notification profile will be successfully disabled.
Disable Log Collection
- Go to the Log360 Cloud tab in the ticket's right panel and click Disable Log Collection.

- Enter the Device Name as shown in Log360 Cloud to disable log collection for that device.
- The device will be successfully disabled for log collection.
