### 1. How does CloudSpend pricing work?

Pricing is based on your annual cloud cost range. You choose a slab that fits your expected usage, and your usage is evaluated monthly against the equivalent monthly limit.

For example, the Professional plan supporting cloud spending up to $250,000 per year corresponds to a monthly limit of approximately $20,833. If your monthly cloud cost exceeds this limit, you can purchase an add-on or upgrade to a higher slab.

### 2. Can I change my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade your slab or add capacity at any time as your cloud usage grows.

### 3. What happens if I exceed my plan's limit?

If you exceed your selected slab's monthly limit, you'll receive a notification email. You can then extend your coverage with add-ons or upgrade to a higher slab. There are no automatic plan changes or charges.

### 4. What are add-ons and when should I use them?

Add-ons let you increase your plan's coverage without switching slabs. They're useful for gradual growth or short-term increases.

### 5. How do I choose the right plan?

Start with your current cloud costs and expected growth. You can always scale later with add-ons or upgrade as needed.

### 6. How does the free trial work? Are there any limits?

During your 30-day free trial, you can integrate up to five payer accounts with ManageEngine CloudSpend. However, for each payer account, a maximum of three month's items in the cloud Cost and Usage Report (from the day of integration) will only be parsed and populated in the views.

### 7. What payment options and periods are available?

You have flexible payment options including credit cards, PayPal, and purchase orders as part of the billing. We allow monthly and yearly payment for all the plans.

### 8. For multi-portal setups (MSP Customer Portal/Workspace), what happens if I reach the 10-portal limit?

You can continue using your existing portals, but you won't be able to create new ones unless you increase your limit. Contact [cloudspend-sales@manageengine.com](mailto:cloudspend-sales@manageengine.com) to expand your portal capacity.

### 9. Can I activate both Workspace and the MSP Customer Portal at the same time?

No. Only one of the two multi-portal modes can be enabled for your subscription.

### 10. Does the multi-portal (MSP Customer Portal/Workspace) pricing apply to the total cloud spend across all customers?

Yes. Pricing is based on the combined annual cloud cost across all MSP Customer Portals and Workspaces associated with your CloudSpend subscription. This total determines the pricing slab applicable to your account.

### 11. Do I need a paid plan to access multi-portal (MSP Customer Portal/Workspace) capabilities?
