# Unable to get AD objects / Workgroup resources listed in the Define Target Resource Browser ## Problem The Define Target Resource Browser does not list all the AD objects / Workgroup resources. ## Cause You may face this problem if: 1. Endpoint Central MSP Server is installed on a machine running Windows 7/Vista/2008 Server/2008 R2 Server, and the credentials might not have been set in the ManageEngine Endpoint Central MSP Service. 2. There is a large number of object resources in your AD/Workgroup. ## Resolution **Check the credentials:** 1. Go to *Start* and select *Control Panel*. 2. Select *Administrative Tools*. 3. Double-click on *Services*. This opens the *Services Window*. 4. Right-click *ManageEngine Endpoint Central MSP* and select *Properties*. 5. Select the *Log On* tab. 6. Enter the username in the *'This account'* text field. The username should be in the format: *\username*. 7. Enter the password in the password field. 8. Click *OK*. 9. Right-click on *ManageEngine Endpoint Central MSP* and click on *Restart*. This will restart the service. **Wait till the resources get listed** If there are a large number of AD Objects/Workgroup Resources, it will take some extra time. Please wait for all the resources to get listed.
