Steps to configure SAML SSO for DicksonOne
About DicksonOne
DicksonOne is a cloud-based environmental monitoring platform designed to track critical variables in real time, including temperature, humidity, and differential pressure. It is widely used across industries such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, food safety, and logistics to ensure compliance, safeguard assets, and prevent out-of-range conditions.
The following steps will help you enable SSO for DicksonOne software from Identity360.
Prerequisites
- The MFA and SSO license for Identity360 is required to enable SSO for enterprise applications.
- Log in to Identity360 as an Admin, Super Admin, or Technician with a role that has Application Integration and Single Sign-on permissions.
- Navigate to Applications > Application Integration > Create New Application, and select DicksonOne from the applications displayed.
Note: You can also find DicksonOne from the search bar located at the top.
- Under the General Settings tab, enter the Application Name and Description.
- Under the Choose Capabilities tab, select Single Sign-on check box and click Continue.

- Under Integration Settings, navigate to the Single Sign On tab, and click IdP Details. Copy the Login URL, Logout URL, and SHA 2 values, which will be used later during the configuration in DicksonOne.

DicksonOne (service provider) configuration steps
- Log in to DicksonOne as an administrator.
- Click Manage > Account > SSO Config.
- In the IDP Sign-On URL field, paste the Login URL value copied from step 6 of the prerequisites.
- In the IDP Logout URL field, paste the Logout URL value copied from step 6 of the prerequisites.
- From the SSL Fingerprint Algorithm drop-down, select SHA-256.
- In the SSL Certificate Fingerprint field, paste the SHA 2 value copied from step 6 of the prerequisites.
- Click Save.
Identity360 (identity provider) configuration steps
- Switch to Identity360's application configuration page.
- In the Sub Domain field, paste the domain name from your DicksonOne login URL. For example, if your login URL is https://www.brinexor corp.com, then brinexor is your Sub Domain.
- Enter the Relay State parameter, if necessary.
Note: Relay State is an optional parameter used with a SAML message to remember where you were or to direct you to a specific page after logging in.
- Click Save.

Your users will now be able to sign in to DicksonOne through the Identity360 portal.
Note: For DicksonOne, both SP and IdP-initiated flows are supported.
Steps to enable MFA for DicksonOne
Setting up MFA for DicksonOne using Identity360 involves the following steps:
- Set up one or more authenticators for identity verification when users attempt to log in to DicksonOne. Identity360 supports various authenticators, including Google Authenticator, Zoho OneAuth, and email-based verification codes. Click here for steps to set up the different authenticators.
