Overview
This page explains how Log360 Cloud subscriptions are structured, what each edition includes, and how to scope the right plan for your environment.
Log360 Cloud uses a infrastructure-based pricing model. Rather than fixed bundles, you select and license each component type independently based on the assets you need to monitor. Components can be adjusted and storage can be expanded at any time with add-ons.
There are two product variants:
| Product | Billing | Best for |
| Log360 Cloud | Yearly | Single-tenant deployments — enterprises managing their own environment. |
| Log360 Cloud MSSP | Yearly or Monthly | Multi-tenant deployments — managed security service providers managing multiple customer environments. |
Components
Log360 Cloud pricing is built around five purchasable components. You license each one based on the count of assets you want to monitor:
- Log Sources — distinct log-generating devices or applications sending data to Log360 Cloud.
- Domain Controllers — Windows domain controllers whose event logs are collected.
- File Servers — file servers monitored for access and change auditing.
- Cloud Accounts — cloud platform accounts (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) integrated for log collection.
- Endpoints — end-user devices sending logs or telemetry.
Each component is priced and scaled independently. You are not required to purchase all five — only the components relevant to your environment.

| Archival Storage | $0.03 / GB / month | $0.03 / GB / month |
MSSP edition
The MSSP edition is designed for managed security service providers operating multiple customer tenants from a single portal. It uses the same component-based model as Log360 Cloud, but pricing is slightly higher to account for multi-tenancy capabilities. Each tenant is licensed independently using the same component and edition structure.
MSSP subscriptions can be billed yearly or monthly. Monthly billing is exclusive to the MSSP edition.
For full details on managing tenants and MSSP-specific configuration, see the MSSP Edition section of this documentation.
