# How to deploy UltraVNC patches using upload option?

## Description

You are trying to download UltraVNC patches and the download fails. This might be due to some issue in the session keys and hash keys of the download link.

## Resolution

Follow the steps given below to resolve this issue:

- Download the updates of [UltraVNC](https://www.uvnc.com/downloads/ultravnc.html) manually.
- Click on **Upload** near the **Download failed** error message. Using the **Upload** option you can install this patch.
- Otherwise, navigate to **Patches** → **Downloaded Patches** → **Upload Patches** → Search for the Bulletin ID **TU-519** and click on **Upload** under **Action**.
- Then select **Install Patches** to deploy.
