Streamline calendar permission management using ADManager Plus

Most users share their Microsoft 365 calendar information publicly, as it facilitates collaboration by making it easier to schedule meetings. However, exposing meeting details and related information to all users might not be ideal, and organizations need to manage the calendar permissions of their Microsoft 365 users. However, using native tools like the Microsoft 365 Admin Center to perform this operation is time-consuming, especially in large organizations.

ADManager Plus, an IGA solution with Microsoft 365 management and reporting capabilities addresses this challenge and allows administrators to easily modify or remove the calendar folder permissions of Microsoft 365 users in bulk.

Modify Microsoft 365 calendar permissions

Assign or modify the calendar permissions of Microsoft 365 users. Select multiple users or groups at once or even if the users are in different groups and assign permissions, like View only, Can edit, Can view when I'm busy, Can view titles and locations, and Can view all details, in one go. Also, enable notifications to be sent to users who have been granted access to the calendars.
