Note:
  • To upgrade to the latest FSO Agent:
    • Download the latest FSO Agent package (ApplicationsManager_FSO_Agent.zip) and extract it under <Applications Manager Home>\working\resources directory.
    • Select the required agent and click on Agent Upgrade from the Applications Manager console under Settings → FSO Agent → View Agents. Once initiated, the server agent will be upgraded to the latest FSO Agent version within a few minutes.
  • To upgrade to Windows v21.0.3 from older Windows agent:
    • Create the folder <Applications Manager Home>\working\resources\server_agent\upgrade\windows\ (if it does not already exist).
    • Move the downloaded ZIP file into this directory and extract it in the same location.
  • Starting from Applications Manager v179400, Windows and Linux OS agents are bundled into a single unified FSO Agent package to simplify deployment. Customers using v180700 and above can choose the 64-bit package by default, or use the 32-bit package for Windows 32-bit systems.
