You are trying to install /upgrade "Endpoint Central Agent" and you get an error message as "Agent MSI Creation Failed"
This error will occur if the anti virus solution in your computer blocks the agent creation or agent upgradation.
You need to ensure that Endpoint Central folder is added to the exception list, so that your anti virus solution will not block the agent creation or upgradation. You can retry the agent creation. If you still see this error on the SoM page or could not create a Remote Office Agent, contact Endpoint Central Support with the logs.
