# Define Target Resource Browser Troubleshooting **Last Updated On**: 22 Jun 2026 **3 minutes read** ## Problem The Define Target Resource Browser does not list all the AD objects / Workgroup resources. ## Cause You may face this problem if, 1. Endpoint Central Server is installed on a machine running Windows 7/Vista/2008 Server/2008 R2 Server, the credentials might not have been set in the Endpoint Central Endpoint Central 10 Service. 2. Availability of a large number of objects resources in your AD/Workgroup. ## Resolution **Check the credentials:** 1. Goto *Start* and select *Control Panel* 2. Select *Administrative Tools*. 3. Double Click on *Services*. This opens the *Services Window*. 4. Right Click *Endpoint Central Endpoint Central 10* and select *Properties*. 5. Select the *Log On Tab*. 6. Enter the username in *'This account'* text field. The username should be of the format: *\username* 7. Enter the password in the password field. 8. Click OK. 9. Right click on Endpoint Central Endpoint Central 10 and click on Restart. This will restart the service. **Wait till the resources get listed** If there are a large number of AD Objects/ Workgroup Resources, it is sure to take some extra time.
