You have set up inventory alerts, but you do not receive any alerts.
You will not receive inventory alerts if you have not configured the Mail Server Settings and SMS Sever Settings in Endpoint Central Server.
Before you proceed to configure the mail and sms server settings, check whether the last scan performed has been successful or not. To verify the same,
If the recent scan has been successfully performed, configure the sms and mail server settings.
