Title Vulnerability in Windows Common Control Library Could Allow Remote Code Execution (2296011)
Summary This security update resolves a privately reported vulnerability in the Windows common control library. The vulnerability could allow remote code execution if a user visited a specially crafted Web page. If a user is logged on with administrative user rights, an attacker who successfully exploited this vulnerability could take complete control of an affected system. An attacker could then install programs; view, change, or delete data; or create new accounts with full user rights. Users whose accounts are configured to have fewer user rights on the system could be less impacted than users who operate with administrative user rights.
