Unable to reach https://access.redhat.com/downloads

Problem

The download or deployment of Redhat patches fails with the error message - "Unable to reach https://access.redhat.com/downloads"

Cause

Central Server unable to reach RedHat portal.

Resolution

Ensure that your antivirus/firewall/proxy does not block the below URL's

1. https://access.redhat.com
2. https://sso.redhat.com
3. https://access.cdn.redhat.com

In case you are not able to troubleshoot the error, and the problem still persists, then contact support team with the Log files.
