Note: Claude spend and usage can currently be viewed by workspace or by user in SaaS Manager Plus. The integration also captures API key ID and—where Claude Code is enabled on a Pro, Team, or Enterprise plan—separate Claude Code usage data such as sessions, commits, and pull requests. These are not yet available as their own breakdown views in the Usage tab.

What you'll need

An Anthropic Admin API key, not a standard API key. Admin keys start with sk-ant-admin; standard keys starting with sk-ant-api won't work for this integration.
Your Anthropic Organization ID.
Organization Admin access in the Anthropic Console to generate the Admin API key.

Steps to fetch the necessary information from Claude for the integration

To set up the integration between Claude and SaaS Manager Plus, follow these steps:

Log in to the Anthropic Console at platform.anthropic.com.
Go to Settings > Admin keys to create an Admin API key.
Click Create key.
Give the key a name (for example, SaaS Manager Plus Integration), then click Create. Copy the generated key immediately. It won't be shown again.
In Settings, go to Organization to copy your Organization ID.
Within SaaS Manager Plus, go to App Integrations and select Claude.
Provide the connection name, Organization ID, and Admin API key.
Click Authorize to complete the integration.

When Claude is connected for the first time, SaaS Manager Plus fetches up to one month of license and billing history and up to six months of usage history. After that, daily syncs pick up from where the previous sync left off.
