MDM - App store is disabled

Problem

User is trying to connect to the App store using his mobile device and gets an error message" App Store is disabled"

Cause

Users might get this error message if the App store option is disabled in the mobile device.

Resolution

Ensure that the managed mobile device has permission to reach the App store. These settings can be user himself, or the restriction might be applied by the system administrator and you need to contact your system administrator if you have problems in enabling the App store in the managed mobile device. You will be able to reach the App Store as soon as the option is enabled in the mobile device.
