MDM - App store is not reachable

Problem

User is trying to install an App store App from the app catalog and gets an error message "App Store not reachable"

Cause

Users might get this error message if the mobile device has connection issues to reach the internet.

Resolution

Ensure that user is able to reach the internet using the mobile device. If the user's internet connection has a proxy, make sure that the given proxy user name and password are correct. If the user was able to reach the internet, but was unable to reach only the App Store, then vefiry if there was any specific restriction applied to reach the App Store.
