Time Based Availability Reports

This section is common to all the editions of IT360 - Professional Edition, Enterprise Edition (Both Central & Probes) and MSP Edition (Both Central & Probes).

You can generate time-based availability reports of devices from Reports -> Networks. From the detailed report page that is displayed, you can select the desired Date/Time and generate the Time-Based Availability Reports, for that particular time period alone. You can also add/modify/delete a time name from the Time Window box.

This section explains the following in detail:

Steps to Generate Time-Based Availability Report - Professional Edition and Enterprise & MSP Editons (Probes)

  1. Go to the Reports page, by following the steps:1-3.

  2. Now, in the pop- up window displayed, click the Edit Report button available at the top right corner. The fields are displayed in edit mode, as shown below:

  1. Configure the following information:

    1. Select the option Custom Period from the Period dropdown.

    2. Choose the desired Time Name (e.g. Full 24 hours) from the Time Window dropdown.

    3. Choose the desired Start Date/ Time and End Date / Time. (These fields are enabled, only if you choose Custom Period from the Period dropdown)

    4. Click Show Report.

    The report for the selected time period is generated.

Steps to Generate Time Based Availability Report - Enterprise & MSP Editons (Central)

  1. Go to the Reports page, by following the steps:1-4.

  2. Now, in the pop- up window displayed, click the Edit Report button available at the top right corner. The fields are displayed in edit mode, as shown in below screenshot:
Note: In the case of Central server, you can edit only the Probe-level reports and not the Global Reports (i.e, the Availability Report and Health Report).

  1. Configure the following information:
  1. Select the option Custom Period from the Period dropdown.

  2. Choose the desired Time Name (e.g. Full 24 hours) from the Time Window dropdown.

  3. Choose the desired Start Date/ Time and End Date / Time. (These fields are enabled, only if you choose Custom Period from the Period dropdown)

  4. Click Show Report.

The report for the selected time period is generated.

Steps to Add/Modify/Delete a Time Name (Chosen from Time Window)

Add Time Name:

Modify Time Name:

        <TimeWindow Name="10:00 AM - 10:00 PM" Value="10-22" /> [Existing Time Window Name that is modified. Enter your desired values.]
    </Configurations>

Delete Time Name:

To delete an existing Time Name, simply delete name in the Report Config file.

Note: After adding/modifying/deleting a Time Name, restart IT360.
