ManageEngine has announced end-of-life date for MSP Center Plus version 9.x that was released in July 2011. Support for the all versions of MSP Center Plus will end on March 31, 2013.

- I wish to migrate to any of the alternate products. Do I have to buy the license?
Ans: Yes. However, the license cost for the un-used (or remaining) period of MSP Center will be calculated proportionately and discounted from the new license cost. Please contact sales@manageengine.com
- Do you provide migration support from version from MSP Center Plus version 9 to any of the alternate products?
Ans: As the alternate products have some difference in the architecture, we don't offer migration support.
- If I don't want to switch to any of the alternate products, is it possible to avail technical support till our license expires?
Ans: Yes. You can avail limited (email only) technical support till 31st March 2013.
