Network Monitoring

MSP Center Plus provides complete control and visibility into your clients' network. It helps you pro-actively monitor your clients' network via snmp and receive alerts or log a ticket in ServiceDesk Plus before things go worse. To monitor the network devices, MSP Center Plus requires an agent installed on the same local network. The agent periodically polls the snmp devices and updates the data to the Central server via a secure HTTPS connection.
