MSP Center Plus offers web based Remote Control access to your clients' Windows Desktops and Servers. As the remote control connection is established via internet, it is secure at the same time helps you access from anywhere.

Send “CTRL+ALT+DEL” & “ALT+Tab” Commands

MSP Center Plus Remote control helps you carry out almost all actions on the remote machine. Yes, you can even send CTRL + ALT + DEL command on the remote machine, in case it is locked and Alt + Tab command to switch between user’s applications.

Blackout the users' screen

While accessing the remote machines via Remote Control, you can black out the user’s screen. This greatly helps you when you are doing some thing that is confidential and not interested in sharing with the users.

Protects users’ Privacy

When connecting to remote computers using Remote Control, you have an option to whether get user’s permission before connecting to their desktop. Selecting this option would pop up a request window in the user’s desktop seeking remote access. This is to ensure that the user’s privacy is maintained.
