MSP Center Plus offers web based remote access to your Windows Desktops and Servers distributed across the globe. It leverages ZOHO Meeting, an online remote session service offered by ZOHO. As the remote control connection is established over a SSL connection it is secure. Being web based you can access your remote systems and troubleshoot them from anywhere, anytime.

Remote control unattended devices

MSP Center Plus does not require anyone to physically present to accept the remote control invitation. You will be automatically connected to the unattended remote system as soon as you click on the Remote Control button from MSP Center Plus web client.

Remote servers⁄desktops that are locked can also be accessed with MSP Center Plus. Send CTRL+ALT+DELETE action from the web client itself to open it.
