Activities

The Activities modules help you track the to-do items of the helpdesk.

Support Reps can create Tasks, assign them to the appropriate member and track them. Also, the other part of the Activities module is the Events. Events can be created to track meetings or other happenings. Participants can be invited to the Event and their responses can be tracked too. Reminders can set to remind the creator of the event is approaching. Quick access to the Tasks & Events are provided using the system views.

The Calendar view of the Tasks & Events, and also the Outlook Integration will be available down the line.
