  • 2 You will find the "Build" number mentioned right next to the "Product Version"

Follow steps 1 through 9 to apply the service pack.

Note:

  • If you have enabled high availability, then follow the steps given below:
    1. Shut down both the primary and standby servers.
    2. Follow steps 4 through 8 given above, and apply the service pack, first in the primary server and then in the standby server.
    3. Start the primary server first and then the standby server.
