NAS/Shared

    This repository stores AD, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, on-premises Exchange, Google Workspace, and Zoho WorkDrive backups. In addition, you also can store the following data.

    Application Stored data
    AD and Microsoft Entra ID Archived data
    Domain controllers Backups
    Exchange (online and on-premises) Exported PST files
    SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business Downloaded ZIP files
    Zoho WorkDrive Downloaded ZIP files
    RecoveryManager Plus' Database Database backup

    To add a NAS/Shared repository, follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to the Admin tab > Administration > Backup Repository > NAS/Shared.
    2. Click the Add Repository button in the top-right corner.
    3. Enter a name in the Repository Name field.
    4. Enter the NAS/Shared path where you wish to save the backups in the Repository Path field.
    5. Enter the Username as domain\username and provide the credentials of a user who can read/write in the specified path.

    Once you have added the repository, you can view the following details:

    • Repository name
    • Repository path
    • Space occupied by backups
    • Storage capacity of the repository
    • Space available in the repository
    • Status of the connected repository

    You can also perform the following operations:

    Refresh repository details

    To fetch the status of used and available storage space:

    • Click the Refresh icon icon-refresh located in the Actions column of the repository.

    Update existing repository

    • Click the Edit icon icon-edit under the Actions column of the repository to change the name of the repository.
    • Modify the name of the repository and click Save.

    Delete existing repository

    • Click the Delete icon icon-delete under the Actions column of the repository that you wish to delete.
