Corium finds IT efficiency and agility with M365 Manager Plus

The problem

In terms of alerting, the solution's capabilities empowered Racanti's team to respond to anomalous events immediately or escalate issues. "Being an IT organization of one, I'm able to quickly create alerts and respond to them immediately or escalate to our MSP," said Racanati. He also highlighted the efficiency of ManageEngine's support team, who were responsive and agile to accommodate customizations into the solution.
