The Problem
Heritage Christian School's IT team found it difficult to provision new students and staff in AD. Without templates for provisioning, this process was time-consuming and error-prone, particularly when dealing with large numbers of users. Furthermore, they had limited visibility into their environment without reports on various events.These included recently created, modified, or deleted users; access control permissions of users and groups; password-expired users; and more.
The Solution

There are over 200 predefined reports that give them complete visibility into their AD environment, including details like recently created or modified users, disabled users, NTFS permissions of users, and more.
