SaaS Insights Agent
Added the SaaS Insights Agent, available under Setup → Agents (Zia) → Custom Agents, to give IT admins and procurement/finance teams instant, conversational access to their SaaS stack's usage and spend. The agent surfaces vendor and app details, user profiles and their subscribed apps, org-wide dashboard metrics, module-based reports, and granular usage analytics, including AI tool adoption, eliminating the need to dig through multiple screens for a single answer. The agent is also available inside SDP Cloud through the Ask Zia chatbot by selecting SaaS Insights Agent, available only after the SaaS Manager Plus integration is enabled.

Claude API integration
Added support for Claude integration to help track organization-level users, API usage, costs, and Claude Code activity. You can now monitor key usage details such as model usage, input and output tokens, workspace-level activity, API key details, and Claude Code metrics.

Cursor integration
Added support for Cursor integration to help teams track AI coding usage across their organization. The integration retrieves team member details, usage activity, login history, spend data, and key AI coding metrics such as tab completions, chat requests, composer requests, agent requests, and fast premium requests.

GitHub integration
Added support for GitHub integration to help track GitHub Copilot license assignments, seat usage, and organization membership. The integration retrieves organization member details, Copilot billing information, assigned seats, last activity dates, and usage insights such as accepted completions, active users, editor breakdown, and language breakdown.

OpenAI API integration
Added support for OpenAI API integration to help organizations track users, model usage, requests, and costs across teams and products. The integration retrieves user details, usage data across completions, embeddings, and images, and cost information for better visibility into OpenAI API consumption.

Enhancements

Zendesk integration
Updated to the latest APIs to improve data reliability. You can now automatically fetch key license details, including license name, purchased count, and expiration dates.

ServiceDesk Plus Cloud integration
The integration now retrieves user last login info and comprehensive license data—such as assigned counts and renewal types—for better usage tracking and audit readiness.

OAuth mailbox integration
We've added a folder selection option for OAuth mailbox integration. This allows you to choose a specific folder for synchronization, providing more control over your scan depth.
