As ORS Nasco continued to grow, the IT team found that its existing AD environment was becoming increasingly difficult to manage efficiently. User provisioning and deprovisioning processes were entirely manual, requiring multiple steps to create new accounts or disable access for departing employees. This not only consumed valuable time but also increased the risk of delays and inconsistencies.
At the same time, the lack of integration between the company's HR system (ADP) and AD created additional challenges. The IT team had limited visibility into employee status changes, making it harder to onboard new users or offboard departing employees in a timely, accurate manner.
Monica Williams, project manager and service desk lead at ORS Nasco, explained, “Everything was done manually. There was no automation available, so setting up or removing users took multiple steps and a lot of time.” The team needed a solution that could simplify AD management, introduce automation, and seamlessly integrate with ADP to ensure a smoother, more reliable user life cycle process.

The implementation was carried out through ManageEngine’s OnboardPro service, ensuring a structured, seamless deployment. With guided support, the IT team was able to quickly configure the solution, establish the ADP and AD integration, and align the setup with operational needs. The hands-on approach helped the team not only deploy the product successfully but also understand how to use it effectively from day one.
