Prerequisites

Before installing Cloud Security Plus in your environment, ensure that the port required by the web client to connect to the server is available.

By default, the solution uses port number: 8055.

However, you can change this to the port number of your choice. In case the port number needs to be changed, it can be done in two ways:

• At the time of installation: During installation, you can change the default port number in the installation wizard
  
  
• Post installation: If you need to change the port number after installation, then follow the below steps
• Stop Cloud Security Plus service/application.
• Locate server.xml file in <C:\ManageEngine\CloudSecurityPlus\CloudSecurity\conf>
• Find the following lines

• In the above lines, change the default port number from 8055 to the port number of your choice. Please ensure that the port number you had chosen is available.
• Save the server.xml file.
• Restart Cloud Security Plus service/application.

Note: Port number 80 for HTTP and 443 for HTTPS should be unblocked to enable Cloud Security Plus to communicate with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.
