Scanned data volume in File Analysis and Data Risk Assessment refers to the total size of all files within the configured shares that DataSecurity Plus has permission to access and scan. This includes the cumulative size of all readable data within those shares, and licensing is based on the actual size of used data, not the total disk capacity.
