Every Microsoft 365 subscription consists of licensing plans, services available, and the number of licenses a specific licensing plan contains. It also contains a set of admin roles that can be assigned to users. These roles give users permission to perform some tasks in the admin center of Microsoft 365 services.
You can use PowerShell if you want to view more details about your Microsoft 365 licensing plans, licenses, and services. But this can get tiresome and time-consuming. While you can manage and assign admin roles using the Microsoft 365 admin center, monitoring who has what licenses and when they were assigned can get difficult. However, with ManageEngine M365 Manager Plus, you can easily and efficiently manage Microsoft 365 licenses.
Manage licenses and roles with M365 Manager Plus
