How to Integrate ServiceNow with ADManager Plus?

Objective: To integrate ADManager Plus and ServiceNow, an IT help desk application.

Solution: ADManager Plus supports integration with ServiceNow. Once integrated, help desk technicians will be able to perform AD user management operations right from within their ServiceNow console.

Before proceeding with the integration, please download and install ADManager Plus. If you already have ADManager Plus, please update it to the latest version.

Steps to configure ADManager Plus settings in ServiceNow.

1. Download the ADManager Plus app from ServiceNow store.
2. In the ServiceNow console, go to Application, select ADManager Plus app that you just downloaded, and Install it.
3. In the search box, type ADManager Plus, to view its modules.
4. Click Setup and follow the steps.
5. Click Next if you have ADManager Plus already.
6. Enter ADManager Plus server name and port number, and your ServiceNow MID server URL.
Note: If you have hosted ADManager Plus in a private network, enter the ServiceNow MID Server URL as well.
7. Enter the ADManager Plus admin's credentials .

Steps to add ServiceNow settings in ADManager Plus

1. Click the Admin tab.
2. Under System Settings, click Integrations
3. In the Integration Settings page, under Applications, click ServiceNow
4. In ServiceNow Settings page, enter the ServiceNow URL, to access your ServiceNow instance.
5. Click Test Connection and Save to complete.
