All File/Folder Changes

This report list audit information on All File / Folder changes in the selected Domain's configured servers / shares.

1. Login into FileAudit Plus and go to "Reports" Tab

2. Select the Report "All File/Folder Changes"

3. Select the Domain > Server(s) > Periods

4. Select the "Hours" (All or Business or Non Business)

This will list all Files and Folder Changes in the Domain for the selected period. This report is a summary of all File Audit actions in a Domain for the selected period. The report shows data on Files created, Files deleted, Files modified, Files accessed, Failed attempts to read, write or delete files and any other Folder Permission changes in the Domain. A Pie chart summarizes the entire list of File Audit actions in the Domain.

Files/Folders Created

This report lists audit information on file/ folders created in the selected domain. FileAudit Plus runs a real-time event fetch, ensuring quickest report updates along with real-time alerts.

1. Login into FileAudit Plus and go to "Reports" Tab

2. Click on "File Audit Reports"

3. Select the Report "Files/Folders Created"

4. Select the Domain > Server(s) > Periods

5. Select the "Hours" (All or Business or Non Business)

Folders/Files newly created are tracked by FileAudit Plus through a real-time event fetch, with precise details of who created the file, when and from where; helps to keep track of activities in the file server and for periodic analysis.
