Generating a Server based File Audit Report
Go to Server based Reports under the File Audit tab
Click on the File Audit Report for which you require data.
Choose Share Based reporting option
Select the Domain > File Server > Shares
Select the Period > Hours (All / Business / Non Business)
This will list File audit data for the selected File Server and it's file shares depending on the type of File Audit requirement. Using the quick search option, you can select only the File Server of your preference to view audit information.

Graphs for Share Based File Audit Reports
For user convenience a graphical snapshot of each report is provided. The graphs show Top 5 User data for action on the File Server depending on the type of report selected. Using the quick search option, you can select only the file share(s) of your preference to view audit information.
All File/Folder Changes
Top 5 User who created Files
Top 5 User who modified Files
Top 5 User who deleted Files
Top 5 User who succesfully accessed Files / Folders
Top 5 User with failed read attempts
Top 5 User with failed write attempts
Top 5 User with failed deleted attempts
Top 5 Users who modified Folder permissions
Top 5 Users who modified Audit Permissions
Except for " All File/Folder Changes by Server" FileAudit Plus shows top 5 user information. |
