Steps to configure SAML SSO for Yodeck
About Yodeck
Yodeck is a cloud-based digital signage platform that helps businesses design and manage content on any screen, from TVs to video walls. It’s easy to use, affordable, and scalable, making it ideal for small teams to large enterprises.
The following steps will help you enable SSO for Yodeck from Identity360.
Prerequisites
- The MFA and SSO license for Identity360 is required to enable SSO for enterprise applications.
- Log in to Identity360 as an Admin, Super Admin, or Technician with a role that has Application Integration and Single Sign-on permissions.
- Navigate to Applications > Application Integration > Create New Application, and select Yodeck from the applications displayed.
Note: You can also find Yodeck from the search bar located at the top.
- Under the General Settings tab, enter the Application Name and Description.
- Under the Choose Capabilities tab, select Single Sign-on and click Continue.

- Under Integration Settings, navigate to the Single Sign On tab, click IdP Details. Download the Metadata which will be used during the configuration of Yodeck.

Yodeck (service provider) configuration steps
- Log in to Yodeck as an administrator.
- Go to your profile icon at the top-right corner and click Account Settings.

- Click SSO (Single Sign On).

- Toggle on the Enable SAML button.
- From the Digest Algorithm field, choose sha256 from the drop-down menu.
- You can either import from metadata URL or import from metadata XML file for metadata configuration.
- Click the Import from URL radio button, paste the Metadata URL value as instructed in these steps. Click Import. The IdP data will be auto-populated.

- Click the Import from XML radio button. Click Import and upload the Metadata file downloaded from step 6 of the prerequisites.
- Click Save.

Identity360 (identity provider) configuration steps
- Switch to Identity360's application configuration page.
- Enter the Relay State parameter, if necessary.
Note: Relay State is an optional parameter used with a SAML message to remember where you were or to direct you to a specific page after logging in.
- Click Save.

Your users will now be able to sign in to Yodeck through the Identity360 portal.
Note: For Yodeck, both SP-initiated and IdP-initiated flows are supported.
Steps to enable MFA for Yodeck
Setting up MFA for Yodeck using Identity360 involves the following steps:
- Set up one or more authenticators for identity verification when users attempt to log in to Yodeck. Identity360 supports various authenticators, including Google Authenticator, Zoho OneAuth, and email-based verification codes. Click here for steps to set up the different authenticators.
- Integrate Yodeck with Identity360 by configuring SSO using the steps listed here.
- Now, activate MFA for Yodeck by following the steps mentioned here.
