NAS/Shared

To add a NAS/Shared repository, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to M365 Manager Plus and click the Auditing & Monitoring tab.
  2. Navigate to Backup > Exchange Online > Backup Repository > NAS/Shared.
  3. Click the Add Repository button in the top-right corner.
  4. Enter a name in the Repository Name field.
  5. Enter the NAS/Shared path where you wish to save the backups in the Repository Path field.
  6. Enter the Username as domain\username (for example, zylker\john) and provide the credentials of a user who can read and write in the specified path.

Refresh repository details

To fetch the status of used and available storage space, click the refresh icon refresh located under the Actions column of the repository.

Update existing repository

To update a repository, click the edit icon edit under the Actions column of the repository to change the name of the repository. Modify the name of the repository and click Save.

Delete existing repository

To delete a repository, click the delete icon delete under the Actions column of the repository that you wish to delete.
