In Microsoft 365 admin center, the delivery reports that give information about the status of a mail sent has been discontinued. These reports have instead been replaced with the mail trace feature. However, consolidated and comprehensive reports have benefits of their own and can be very insightful. M365 Manager Plus offers reports that show the delivery status of the mail.
