Download OneDrive files and folders

You can download Microsoft 365 files and folders from OneDrive for Business as and when required. To download the files,

1. Open OneDrive for Business and navigate to Files > Documents.
2. Select all the files and folders that you want to download.
3. Click Download in the top-pane and save the documents to your local computer.
