OneDrive is a Microsoft cloud service that allows you to store, share and access your files regardless of your location. All you need to do is just upload your files once and you'll be able to access it from anywhere across the globe! In some cases, there might be difficulties syncing your files from OneDrive to your respective devices. You can easily know the status of the process by identifying the icons that appear next to your files. Some of the common icons are:

Can't find any OneDrive icons?
Windows:
On a PC, you should be able to see a white or blue OneDrive cloud icon in the notification area, at the far right corner of the task bar.
Otherwise, click Show hidden icons arrow next to the notification area to see the OneDrive icon.
If you still can't find the icon in the notification area, then OneDrive might not be running. Select Start > Type OneDrive > select OneDrive in the search results.
Mac:
On a Mac, you'll see the OneDrive cloud icons on the top Menu bar. Otherwise, OneDrive might not be running:
- Find OneDrive in your Applications folder.
- Right- click OneDrive and select Show Package Contents.
- Browse to the Contents > Resources folder.
- Double-click ResetOneDriveApp.command (or ResetOneDriveAppStandalone.command if you're using the standalone app).
- Start OneDrive and finish the setup process.
