For security reasons, you can configure OneDrive to sync only with the computers that are joined to specific domains. This ensures that your files and folders remain only on computers managed by your organization or trusted third-parties.
Follow the simple steps given below to allow syncing on specific domains:
- Sign in to the OneDrive admin center as a global or SharePoint admin.
- Select Sync in the left pane.
- Select the Allow syncing only on PCs joined to specific domains checkbox.
- Click on Add domains.
- Add the GUID of the domain for the computers you want to sync with.
- Select the Block sync on Mac OS checkbox, if you want Mac OS users from syncing entirely.
- Click Save.
