Call Analytics and Call Quality Dashboard in Microsoft Teams
Call Analytics in Microsoft Teams admin center gives detailed information on the devices, networks, and connectivity of a specific user's calls and meetings in Microsoft Teams. Identify and eliminate issues by using Call Analytics to troubleshoot call quality and connectivity issues experienced in a user's call. To see call information for a user in the Microsoft Teams admin center, click on the Call History tab for that user in the user detail page to see all calls and meetings for that particular user in the last 30 days.
The Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) gives an aggregated information of the entire organization's network and helps admins optimize the network. CQD provides reports that help gain insights into an organization's overall call quality, server-client streams, client-client streams, and voice quality service level agreements. CQD's Location-Enhanced Reports provide aggregate information on call quality and reliability within a user's building. CQD helps determine if the call quality problem pertains to a specific user or to the entire organization. CQD can be activated in the Microsoft Teams admin center.
