Sync from multiple forests using Azure AD Connect. If you have an existing instance of Azure AD Connect for one forest, then update it to sync all the other forests as well.
- If all the identities are represented only once across the forests, then simply re-run the AAD Connect wizard and choose the Customize synchronization options and then, enter the credentials of the additional forests on the Connect Your Directories page.
- If users exist in more than one directory and the data is merged, uninstall Azure AD Connect and re-install it to configure the cross-forest joining rules on the Uniquely identifying your users page.
