- Click on the Alerts tab.
- Navigate to All Alerts > Schedule Profiles.
- Click on the Create Schedule option on the top-right corner.
- Enter a suitable name for the scheduler.
- Select an Microsoft 365 Tenant for which you want to create the alert profile and the corresponding Microsoft 365 Service.
- Choose one or multiple reports from the list of available reports.
- Set the frequency for the schedule.
- Choose the format in which you would like to export the report and apply the Notification Settings as you want.
- Click on Save.
