How to configure the Distribution Server and Proxy settings for a Site?
The agents installed on endpoints within a site will contact the Distribution Server to get the information available to them and process the requests. This results in low bandwidth utilization as only one agent will contact the server periodically. Sites can be added from the MSP Central Admin page by Administrator. Once added, you can modify the site settings in the respective modules.
To configure a Distribution Server for a Site,
- Go to the Endpoints tab.
- Navigate to Agent > Remote Office.
- Select the desired Remote Office and choose Modify from Action column.
- Update the Distribution Server and Proxy settings as required.

How to add a Requester in the Help Desk module?
Requesters are the users within a customer's organization who interact with the MSP by submitting the tickets or service requests. They can view their requests in the MSP Central client portal under the Help Desk module.
Requestors can be added from Admin -> Help Desk -> Users under Users & Permissions. Click on Add Requestor to add the Requester details.

For existing users, click Admin → Users → Select required user and click Modify under Action column. Enable the Admin access under Role and Scope and click Update.
