To activate the ServiceDesk Plus Cloud integration:

• Log in to OpManager.
• Go to Settings → Basic settings → Third Party Integration settings and click on the ServiceDesk Plus Cloud tab.
• Paste the copied auth-code in the text box provided.
• Select your domain and click on "Validate".
• After successful validation, please select your preferred portal and other settings and click on "Save".
