How Network Configuration Manager adds value to OpManager?

NCM is available as a stand-alone product and as an add-on to OpManager. While OpManager helps you detect whenever a device is down, you can use NCM add-on to rule out the possibility of a downtime due to erroneous configurations changes. NCM not only spots the underlying configuration issues, it also brings devices up and running in seconds by allowing you to upload a stable configuration version. Therefore, by using NCM as an add-on to OpManager, you can achieve a unified network and configuration management, from a single console.

Trigger backups and reduce network device down time

For every device you monitor using OpManager, you can trigger backups using NCM and store them. During a network outage, you can push these back-ups to network devices and reduce the network down-time efficiently.
