ManageEngine Deepens Commitment to China with Continued Local Engagement and AI-Powered Innovation

Company records 20% customer growth; supports local compliance frameworks with product updates.

Beijing, China — October 30, 2025 — ManageEngine, a division of Zoho Corporation and a leading provider of enterprise IT management solutions, today reaffirmed its long-term commitment to China with plans to expand its local presence and drive AI-powered innovation for customers. The company underscored this vision at its recent flagship customer event, User Conference, held on October 23 at the Shanghai Marriott Hotel Baohua.

Operating in the country for over 15 years now, ManageEngine has become a trusted IT partner for more than 5,000 Chinese organizations across both public and private sectors. The company has recorded 20% year-over-year customer growth, driven by adoption across industries such as manufacturing, finance, professional services, and consulting.

"China’s digital transformation is reshaping industries and unlocking new possibilities for innovation. The growth of our Chinese customer base reflects not only confidence in our solutions but also our steadfast commitment to the market. We are honoured to be their trusted partner in this extraordinary journey. Looking ahead, we will continue to harness AI as a catalyst for intelligent IT management and grow in step with China’s digital ecosystem," said Mathivanan Venkatachalam, Global Vice President, ManageEngine.

Serving the Chinese Market Effectively

China’s IT management market continues to gain momentum, fuelled by digital transformation initiatives and the growing adoption of cloud-native, intelligent management solutions. Industry projections estimate that the China IT Service Management (ITSM) market will reach USD 6 billion by 2035, growing at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 6.5%. Enterprises are shifting from traditional infrastructure management to a AI-driven, automated, and data-centric approach to improve agility, efficiency, and resilience.

To empower enterprises in this transformation, ManageEngine’s IT Operations Management (ITOM) portfolio supports Kingbase databases, China’s local KYLIN operating system, and ARM architecture. It also provides AI server monitoring, including GPU-based systems, positioning the company to address the infrastructure requirements of next-generation, AI-driven enterprises.

Driving Localisation with Purpose

To strengthen its operations and ensure compliance with local regulations, ManageEngine operates two fully functional data centres in Beijing and Shanghai. These facilities are being upgraded to enhance data sovereignty, regulatory compliance, and high availability.

Over 100 employees primarily based in Beijing, Shijiazhuang, and Zhengzhou provide native language support, integrations with local cloud providers and configurations that comply with China’s cybersecurity and data privacy regulations. The company plans to further expand its team to enhance local operations and better serve Chinese enterprises.

AI Strategy and Market Outlook

China’s enterprise AI market is projected to grow from USD 4.5 billion in 2024 to USD 85 billion by 2035, underscoring the nation’s accelerating digital transformation, according to a recent market research report.

"China’s market is unique—enterprises here are navigating rapid digitalization while operating within stringent compliance frameworks," said Li Fei, Chief Operating Officer at ManageEngine China. "ManageEngine's AI strategy aligns closely with our parent company's global vision of human-centric and responsible innovation. The company adopts and applies AI with purpose, transparency, and trust to help our customers achieve meaningful, measurable outcomes."

This vision was reiterated at the 10th edition of ManageEngine’s User Conference, themed "The Revolution of AI in IT Management," which brought together around 200 customers, partners, and industry experts from across the region. The conference—ManageEngines largest customer-centric event in China to date—underscored the company's commitment to leveraging AI-driven solutions and plans for DeepSeek integration across all its solutions.
