ManageEngine Extends Native Monitoring for Alibaba, Huawei, and Tencent Clouds, Advancing Seamless Observability for Chinese Enterprises
Company's Beijing User Conference Brought Together Experts To Explore AI-driven, Resilient IT Operations
Beijing, CHINA — April 16, 2026 — ManageEngine, a division of Zoho Corporation and a leading provider of enterprise IT management solutions, today unveiled native monitoring support for Alibaba, Huawei, and Tencent clouds, China's three leading hyperscalers powering critical infrastructure across both public and private sectors. The capability enables unified multi-cloud monitoring with automated resource discovery, auto dependency mapping, and native database visibility across cloud environments. The announcement was made at its UserConf, the company's flagship customer event, held on April 15 at the Beijing Marriott Hotel.
Chinese enterprises have long faced operational challenges stemming from fragmented tool sets, disconnected data silos, and limited visibility across increasingly complex multi-cloud environments. With two fully functional data centers, in Beijing and Shanghai, ManageEngine now solves that problem by providing a regulatory compliant, natively integrated platform that delivers unified visibility and enables IT operations at scale.
China's enterprise AI market is forecast to expand from $4.7 billion in 2025 to over $91 billion by 2035, representing a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 34.4% over the next decade that will dramatically increase infrastructure complexity for IT teams.
"China's cloud market carries two qualities that are inseparable from each other—bold digital ambition, and one of the world's most clearly defined compliance frameworks," said Li Fei, chief operating officer at ManageEngine China. "What our customers ask of us is simple: complete visibility, on their terms, without compromise. Today's announcement reflects our commitment to delivering exactly that across the cloud platforms that matter most to Chinese enterprises."
Centered on the theme “Deep AI Integration in IT Operations,” the ManageEngine Beijing UserConf brought together over 200 customers, partners, and industry experts. The event served as a platform to exchange real-world insights and explore emerging trends, equipping organizations to embed AI more deeply into their IT environments and build more resilient, future-ready operations.
Local Infrastructure Support
As Zoho Corporation (ManageEngine's holding company) celebrates its 30th anniversary this year, the enterprise IT vendor continues to focus on localization and long-term investment in high-growth markets such as China.
ManageEngine’s IT operations management (ITOM) portfolio currently supports key local technologies including Kingbase databases, the KYLIN operating system, and ARM architecture—all built for the infrastructure Chinese enterprises run on. Integration with DeepSeek further enhances the platform with contextual, intelligent AI capabilities to reduce downtime, improve alert management, and accelerate root cause analysis.
"ManageEngine has enabled us to build a unified and efficient IT management platform, standardizing and automating our IT processes to significantly improve operational efficiency and service quality," said Han Yun, IT director (China Mainland) of Emperor Group. "We can now accurately track IT resources and control costs effectively. ManageEngine has proven to be a valuable partner in our digital transformation journey."
The company also offers AI server monitoring (including GPU-based systems), positioning the company to address the infrastructure requirements of next-generation, AI-driven enterprises.
