Microsoft Outlook Web Access reports

With the increasing adoption of Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA), users are no longer required to be at their desks to complete work and can now perform taks while on the move. While this is a boon for organizations with mobile workforces, it becomes more complicated to track users as more of them log in from remote locations.

O365 Manager Plus’s OWA reports help administrators monitor user activities on OWA by gathering and filtering data based on the users’ logon times, browsers, and operating systems. The reports even generate a list of all locked out users.

O365 Manager plus owa logon by users report

OWA logon by users

This report lists all the OWA users in your organization along with their last logon time. It also lists the days since last logon, which allows the administrators to monitor how often users use OWA.

OWA logon by browsers

365 Manager plus owa logon by browsers report

This report provides data on the browser used to access OWA, including the version of the browser, the number of times the user logged on with the same browser, and the last logon time from that specific browser.

Additionally, it provides a pie chart that displays how often each browser was used to access OWA.

OWA logon by OS
