Dependency Patch Download Failure
Problem
You are trying to download dependency patches of Microsoft/ other vendors. However, Patch download fails with error message: "Unable to download dependency patch from server" or "Dependency patch download has failed".
Cause
The possible reasons could be:
- The domain patchdatabase.manageengine.com could not be reached from the agent/DS machine in which the download occurs.
- The patch download could not be completed due to network issues.
Resolution
- Whitelist the domain patchdatabase.manageengine.com
- Ensure that there are no connectivity issues in the network.
