How to capture and save a resource group as a template using PowerShell cmdlets.

Description:

Executing this cmdlet captures the desired resource group as a template and saves the template as a JSON file. In cases where the Export-AzResourceGroup cmdlet fails to generate some parts of the template, a warning message listing the parts of the resource that failed is displayed to the user.

Syntax:

Export-AzResourceGroup -ResourceGroupName <String> [-Path <String>] [-IncludeParameterDefaultValue] [-IncludeComments] [-SkipResourceNameParameterization] [-SkipAllParameterization] [-Resource <String[]>] [-Force] [-ApiVersion <String>] [-Pre] [-DefaultProfile <IAzureContextContainer>] [-WhatIf] [-Confirm] [<CommonParameters>]

Example:

Export-AzResourceGroup -ResourceGroupName "RGroup1"

This example shows how to use the Export-AzResourceGroup cmdlet to capture the RGroup1 resource group as a template and save it as a JSON file in the current directory.
